This is from the "Friday Five" site - late posting this but I don't think anyone will mind!

Appetizer - Who is the person you email more often than anyone else?
Assuming non work related, the person I email most is a friend that reads this blog - her initial are JM (I won't put anyone's name on this unless you say it's ok)

Soup - so far, which year of your life has been the most enjoyable?
I would say 2001 was a really good year (up until my dog got put down in late September and then I was out of a job in November). It was the first year that my husband and I dated so I have some really wonderful memories from that time....a close second was 1999 - just a fun time when I was young and carefree!

Salad - Name someone with whom you have lost touch but would like to reunite.
There are a few people that I used to work with that I would love to get together with and have a drink with - I am positive that our paths will cross again someday.

Main Course - What was the tastiest meal you had this past week?
We had Roast Beef with potatoes and carrotts, cooked in the slow cooker. My husband can take the credit for all the preparation.

Dessert - Do you Celebrate St. Patricks Day and how?
If it falls on a Friday or Saturday, then I have...otherwise, it is not a big deal to me. I can remember being at O'Leary's (local Irish Bar) the last time it fell on a Saturday....but I don't think I ever drank green beer.
